GOALS
My goal is to be able to work with businesses to find new opportunities and articulate them through strategic planning methods. Whether it is enabling a new business grow or helping established businesses find new ways to view their customer, themselves or their deliverables I want to help. I enjoy all aspects of the process from concept to delivery.
I am looking for a firm filled with people with whom I will be proud and happy to share my days with. A team that is progressive and excited about the possibilities the world has to offer. Finally a company where learning never stops. Being a good citizen is important to me and to the world.
DESIGN PLANNING
Traditional design and business practices provide traditional solutions. Business solutions are serialized and design solutions are not rigorous often enough. It is my belief that creative business solutions that use both design and business thinking come not from just choosing the best of existing options but creating new options. Solutions that can come from all stages of development.
VISION AND VALUES
Communicating vision and values through products and services makes the people happy - consumers, developers, suppliers. Their needs have been met. People are unabashed fans of businesses that successfully meet the needs of the world.
SOLUTIONS
Insights breed connections and those connections become solutions. Great solutions bring the world a little closer together. Design planning process opens teams to explore the values of each phase of a project and maximize its value.
SCALE, SCOPE AND IMPACT
These are the pillars of solution orientation. Endless ideation and appreciation are not necessary as real options are formed quickly by determining real needs that impact the scale and scope of an offering.

These charts were developed as a part of the Innovation Toolkit by Vijay Kumar's special research group in conjunction with SAP. They are great illustrations of work modes as well as the way people use and view design the Design Planning process.
