3 Day workshop Illinois Institute of Technology Student Marketing Association Board
Over 2 months and 12 hours 20 members of IIT's SMAB learned to use ethnographic research tools to help the school better understand the unmet needs of current and future students. The results were insightful, compelling and fun. SMAB members and Institute of Design group leaders had a great time learning and teaching.
The results of the project will presented to the senior marketing team as well as the president's office at IIT.
